The room was wonderful, with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and thoughtful amenities like a kettle and free tea and coffee. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the U2 station and Rathaus.

Breakfast delights, but a bit more variety would have made it perfect.

The breakfast at Hotel Zipser was delicious with a wide variety of options including cereals, fruit, cheese, yogurts, ham. The quality of the food was excellent. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to public transportation yet situated on a calm street. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony provided a lovely spot to relax. Despite being in a bustling city, the double windows kept out any noise from the street. The hotel staff were friendly and were pretty good too ensure a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - it was in a quiet part of the city but only a 5-minute walk from the Rathaus underground station, making it easy to explore the museum quarter and other interesting areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped with comfortable bathrooms, and I especially enjoyed the view of the garden from my room. The breakfast included in the stay had a pretty huge choice and the coffee was really good.
